#4855 - Some problems using large surveys
Hello dear team,
Again our customer Ávoris find some issues or problems managing surveys via your addon SurveyRocket. Firstly I've checked all of them and I can confirm they happen. Browser for testing: Microsoft Edge or Chrome Survey for testing: https://avoristravelttoo.sugaropencloud.eu/index.php?entryPoint=survey_submission&q=PCLJUQ
Issues and topics: 1. Translate the texts of survey's the buttons. For example:_ NEXT, PREV, SUBMIT_. We've not found any language setting. 2. Translate the warning messages for mandatory fields: "This question is mandatory, Please answer this question." We've not found any language setting. 2. After click on SUBMIT button in large surveys, you have to wait for a long time (up 10 seconds) before the sending survey is finished. If the person isn't waiting for ending, the survey's questions won't be saved. 3. Starting the survey, some times you have to click on NEXT button (first NEX button) up 3 times before you get the first survey's question. If the person doesn't click on several times, the survey doesn't start and the person could decline filling the survey. 4. Downloading the questions in CSV, they're not ordered.
