#4868 - Can't Validate License Key to Install in SugarCRM
I have purchased the free trial for Survey Rocket but cannot get it to show up in my SugarCRM admin account. I am able to locate the license key for Survey Rocket, but when I click on the link for Documentation (Install/Set Up), I'm taken to a page to validate the license key which does not work. I am unable to type or paste the license key to validate it. I also tried downloading the current version of the zip files and tried uploading it into the Module Loader in SugarCRM, but it will not upload.
Please advise how to install Survey Rocket to our SugarCRM account to start our free trial.
