#3283 - OrgChart is not displaying any data

I have followed your instructions and created the dashlet. It is not populating with any data whatsoever. I am in the client record of the person who is head of the company, and who has about 20 direct reports. Those are all showing correctly in the Direct Report subpanel, but there is no org chart in the SynoOrgChart dashlet -- just a blank space. We have customized within the modules (creating fields, for example), but have not done any code modification at all, and the contact and direct report fields are as they came. Help? Elizabeth
