#4664 - Calls always Failed
Hi,
I'm partner of Sugar and I'm triying to help our customer EUDE. They're very interested in using this feature but they're not able to work sucessfully. We're not able to work sucessfully neither: - There are no errors on Twilio configuration on SugarCRM. - There are no errors on SugarCRM console. - Sendig messages from SugarCRM, there are no errors and we get this message: Message Sent Successfully ... But all registrered Calls show Failed status. Please take a look at attached screenshot.
The CRM is hosted SugarCloud, it is a problem? The Sugar version is 12, is it a problem? The Sugar edition is Sell Advanced, is it a problem?
Please let me know where the issue could be.

Yes. Give me the client's skype ID. Or you can tell them to connect us.
