#1428 - Outbound and inbound SMS messages do not appear in SMS subpanel.

HI,

We're using SugarCRM CE 6.5.2. We've installed Twilio_Integration_V_2.0.4 and have connected our Twilio account.

We notice the following behavior:

1) The SMS module is able to send SMS messages successfully from both the main module edit view and the subpanels. 2) Inbound messages (i.e. SMS replies) do not appear in the main SMS module list view. 3) Neither outbound SMS messages nor inbound SMS messages appear in the SMS subpanel in the Leads module.

We need documentation/support for how to receive inbound messages, and for how to ensure that the SMS module relates both outbound and inbound SMS messages to Lead records.

    Hi,

    I've successfully installed the plugin and have run the quick repair and rebuild. My twilio credentials are accurate, and I've verified a number.

    However, I'm experiencing three errors:

    1) On the Lead Module Detail View, the attribute for the send_sms icon is set to display:none: 2) The function send_sms() does not execute when the icon is clicked, after I change the code to: 3) If I go to Dashboard>SMS>RT SMS>Create SMS, the create SMS screen is blank below the SugarCRM action bar, but I'm not seeing any database errors or discrepancies when I run the repair and rebuild. I have verified my license key in the Admin panel.

    I'm very excited to start implementing the RT SMS functionality, and hope that you can help me resolve these errors soon!

    Also, I just realized that copying and pasting the HTML code for the "Click to Start SMS Conversation" icon was actually executed as HTML code. Since I can't edit the comment, you can see what I pasted by right-clicking on the icon/image placeholder and selecting "inspect element" in your browser.
