HI, We're using SugarCRM CE 6.5.2. We've installed Twilio_Integration_V_2.0.4 and have connected our Twilio account. We notice the following behavior: 1) The SMS module is able to send SMS messages successfully from both the main module edit view and the subpanels. 2) Inbound messages (i.e. SMS replies) do not appear in the main SMS module list view. 3) Neither outbound SMS messages nor inbound SMS messages appear in the SMS subpanel in the Leads module. We need documentation/support for how to receive inbound messages, and for how to ensure that the SMS module relates both outbound and inbound SMS messages to Lead records. Thank you, John Lassere
