      Hi,

      RT Telephony does not support the video feature at the moment. However, it does work with SuiteCRM.

    This does not work the latest version of SuiteCRM. It also does not support the latest implementations of channels and chat with twilio. It is time to step up the features for this plugin based on its price and cost. The last working version is 3.5.

      Hi,

      It is currently compatible with SuiteCRM versions 7 and below. SuiteCRM 8 support will be available in the future.

      With regards to channels and chat features, can you please let us know about your use case, and what you intend to do with the channel functionality in particular? Our plugin is purpose-built for one-on-one customer support where clients can directly interact with the support staff and all that business can be conducted directly on CRM without needing a separate platform for communication.
