#1630 - Install fails on SugarCRM Professional V7.6.1 (Ondemand)
The package uploads with no issues, however once I click install the following is displayed:

Installation failed!

Sugar Open Cloud customers must obtain a new package from the package provider that addresses the issues described below. If you are running Sugar locally, you can relax your Module Loader restrictions to allow the package to be installed.

Hi,
There is some issue going on with OD Versions of sugar 7 in RT Telephony's new version. We are fixing this issue. We shall update you with latest package which wont give any issue of installation.

Can you please go under your My Account-> Purchases section and download latest updated package for RT Telephony. If still you are unable to find updated package then please send us your working Email address and we shall send back to you via Email
