#1649 - SMS Icon not displaying
Hi,
Just getting started, I finished up my SugarCRM installation.
Now I wanted to test and SMS message out of a contact record. But the SMS icon does not display. If I inspect element and look at code, I see that all code is present and even reference the icon .jpg files. I am using Sugar6 pro on firefox latest version.
Also on another I'm assuming related issue, I was able to go into call account and setup all the ID's and KEYs etc, now I can reach that area. Page just stays loading forever. Nothing changed. I would like some assistance installing the SMS module. How much for this service since I can't do it myself? Thank you!

HI,
Have you done IVR settings ? Please go to admin->IVR Settings, enter the required settings, and at bottom you can see your user name, select "Both" option in drop down and then click save.
If still the SMS icon is not showing up, please give us the front end access of your SugarCRM instance at support@rolustech.com in reference of this case

Hi, Thank you, yes it was a permissions issue.
I was able to send a test out of sugar successfully.
However, when I responded to the text from my mobile phone, it did not go through. Twilio alerted me to this error: 12200 - Schema validation warning
Are there different settings I need to set to be able to receive SMS responses?
Also I am no longer able to reach the CALL ACCOUNT area but I can get into the IVR SETTINGS area just fine. It's quite strange.
Is a LOGMEIN or similar remote assistance available? Thank you again for your help.

Hi Miguel,
Have you followed our installation and user guide completely ? you have to set some urls in your Twilio Account and a scheduler in SugarCRM please go through following Guides's EACH step to make sure you did not skip any step. Every thing is mentioned in these guides with screenshots.

Also please run "Repair and Rebuild" and see if Call Account appears in Admin section.
Once you go through each step in above guides and still face same issue then please let us know to update you with next possible solutions.

Yes thank you the documentation is pretty good. One random bug I experienced was when the RT module is loaded and installed the EDIT button on the opportunity subpanel doesn't work. It acts like a back to top or as if it was linked to "#".
I untilled and removed the RT module and it works again. Is this known bug to you guys?
I'm going to attempt the reinstallation following the step letter for letter. But just letting you guys know I experienced this. The EDIT button in the opportunity subpanel for the contact record stopped working.

Hi,
We have checked in our test instances for the same issue and this is working fine for us. It seems there is some other customization in your sugar instance which is conflicting with Edit button functionality. Same subpanel's Edit button is working fine in our instance. Can you please repair and rebuild and check again
