When I click on the phone icon nothing happens, the top message says 'Waiting for Connection'

    Hi Jwinters,

    Can you please confirm us that did you run Repair and Rebuild once after the installation? If yes then Please perform repair and Rebuild again.

    Also please confirm that are you done with Call Settings and IVR Settings as mentioned in following Guide?

    Hi JWInters,

    Please open following URLs.

    https://staging3.rolustech.com:44322/index.html https://staging3.rolustech.com:44322/index2.html

    Open these URL's separately and fill in the required information i.e Auth Token,Account Sid and App Sid which you have entered in your CRM in admin->Call Settings.

    After entering the required info, click on "Test" button. and wait for 10 seconds and then take the screen shot. Then send us the screen shots for both pages, That will identify the issue.
