#2026 - SMS Panel not showing in and out SMS

Hi, We are having issues with our SMS panel You can send an SMS from the panel ok when in the leads module but it doesn't display in the panel and the reply back from the contact doesn't show up their either What troubleshooting should I do? We are on SugarCRM 7.6.1 with last weeks version of RT Telephony thanks Greg
