#2026 - SMS Panel not showing in and out SMS
Hi, We are having issues with our SMS panel You can send an SMS from the panel ok when in the leads module but it doesn't display in the panel and the reply back from the contact doesn't show up their either What troubleshooting should I do?
We are on SugarCRM 7.6.1 with last weeks version of RT Telephony

Hi,
Please go to the Admin Panel and run Quick Repair & Rebuild. Also, please go through the Installation guide and make sure you have not missed out a step in the Telephony configuration.
If it does not solve the issue then please share your Sugar access with us on support@rolustech.com so that our technical team can look into the issue and fix it. Or, you can create a temporary admin user in your Sugar and share its login and password. You can delete this temporary user after your issue has been resolved.

Hi,
Please note that you shared your instance and login details 6 days ago on Sugar Outfitters, which were removed by Sugar Outfitters because login details are not allowed to be shared on a public forum. We have not received any details on support@rolustech.com.
Please send them at support@rolustech.com so that we may look into the issue.
Regarding your trial, we do not have the authority to extend trials. However, once you send your credentials and we look into the issue, we shall request Sugar Outfitters to extend the trial.

We will extend your trial another 14 days to give you the time needed to properly test everything out. I will email you to verify when this has been done.
