#2096 - not seeing the phone icon to call contact/lead/account
Hi,
I have installed the plug-in successfully but not seeing the phone icon to call contacts/leads/accounts in Sugar CRM 7.6.2.1.
Is the Source Phone Number the one that needs to be verified? I have my mobile number verified already but when I try to verify the Source Phone Number, I get an error message "Twilio settings are invalid". Please advise.

Hi Gaurav,
The Source Phone Number is your Twillio number and the verified number is any other number which you want to use to make a call. You do not need to verify your Source Phone Number.
Make sure your Twilio configurations are correct. Should you still have issues, feel free to reach us at support@rolustech.com

Thanks for your reply. I have double verified my account settings and they seem to be correct but I still don't see any option to make calls from the CRM. Can you please advise?

Please share your SugarCRM and Twillio login details so that our technical team can do the setup for you and look for any issues that there might be in your system.
