#3584 - Inbound SMS and calling is not working

I've installed RT Telephony and and it's working for outbound calling and SMS, but I'm getting the following errors for incoming calling and SMS.

Any idea on what could be going wrong? I've sent my Twilio and Sugar account details to your support email. Thanks.

    Hello - I've emailed support and received a response. The errors are below for your reference:

    Error on incoming SMS: "12200 - Schema validation warning" containing the message "cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'script." Error on incoming calls: "12100 - Document parse failure" containing the message "Error on line 5 of document : The reference to entity \"Called\" must end with the ';' delimiter."
