#4336 - Buttons not displaying

Hi there, We have followed all the instructions for installing RT telephony in Sugar 9.x and we're not seeing any click to call or SMS buttons next to the phone number fields. Also under the user profile, there's not RT Telephony section. It throws these errors for the plugin: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 (Unauthorized Unknown) and we're worried it has something to do with the Polish characters in our database: Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'btoa' on 'Window': The string to be encoded contains characters outside of the Latin1 range. Our 30 day trial ends early next week so keen to get this resolved ASAP. Cheers, Laura.
