#890 - Cannot place or receive calls
I installed this module and verified the number successfully. I cannot place a call from the browser as the callto: protocol tries to open some other application. Do I need an external application to use this? I also cannot receive calls. The call seems to go through but just hear a small click and nothing else. Nothing shows on screen or any indication that there is a call. I can see in my twilio history that a call actually did come in, but nowhere in the CRM.

Also, please check that Are you able to see "Verify" infront of the phone no you provided for verification?
If you are sure that all above mentioned things are up to the mark then please Email Us your Sugar Instance URL and your Username/Password to access your sugar. We shall figure out the root cause of problem.

For messaging, use the same Request URL which you used for setting up Calls. We hope you are getting our point.

Hi, I cannot receive SMS. I can send them fine, but not receive. I send them, get them on my phone and see it was sent through the Outgoing API in Twilio. It's not working the other way around. I see them as incoming in Twilio, but they never make it to the CRM. Also, my messages are not being saved in the SMS conversation history.
