Hello, it's currently not possible to report on Zendesk Tickets using Sugar Reports. You should be able to get to that data on the Zendesk side however.
Can you explain more about why you would want to report on this from the Sugar side? I want to make sure I understand your use case so I can see what we can do on our side.
thank you for your answering. My use case would be that our sales team can see how much effort a customer has requested over the last month/year. And for this we need the time spend per ticket summed for this customer.

That's a really good use case. We do have plans to bring in Zendesk data so that you could run reports like this.
I'm going to mark it down your specific use case so we'll have it in our development notes.
