#2801 - Recent Opportunities Not Visible in ZenDesk
We have just installed the integration today. Zendesk tickets are visible in Sugar and working well. Contacts and Accounts are visible in Zendesk, but recent opportunities are not visible and they are our primary use case for the integration. Have we made a mistake in the installation? or are there adjustable settings in Zendesk?

Hi Kyle, thanks for starting the trial and giving it a try!
You should be able to see the Opportunities coming through on the Zendesk side if they are related to the Contact who is on the Zendesk ticket. Here's an overview of what you should expect to see: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/zendesk-sugarcrm/what-to-expect

Hi Chad,
Thank you very much for your follow-up and apologies for my delayed response. We still aren't able to see opportunities in Zendesk. Next week is less hectic and I could be available for a screen share to see if we are able to get what we need into Zendesk. I used the Calendly link above to request a time for it.

To follow up here, Kyle and I were able to get on a call today to look at his system.
For the Opportunities to show up on the Zendesk side when viewing a Ticket or User, the Opportunity needs to be related to the Sugar contact record.
