#2801 - Recent Opportunities Not Visible in ZenDesk
We have just installed the integration today. Zendesk tickets are visible in Sugar and working well. Contacts and Accounts are visible in Zendesk, but recent opportunities are not visible and they are our primary use case for the integration. Have we made a mistake in the installation? or are there adjustable settings in Zendesk?
