If you download and install the latest package it'll start working again. You can download it here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders
Go to Sugar > Admin > Module Loader and install it over what exists (do not uninstall the other zendesk module). After it installs go through the Zendesk Configuration steps. Be sure to click the "Connect to Zendesk" button on step 3 even if it says you are connected.

The "Professional" edition is the new edition that was added. There were a lot of platform-level changes to make updates go smoother in the future (hopefully prevent what happened here). These changes were made to both "Basic" and "Professional" edition.
But the biggest change in Professional is we can now display other modules and fields (including custom) in the Zendesk app. So if you have a special field in Sugar that you want your Zendesk agents to see, we can make that happen.
If you'd like to give it a try, let me know and we can setup a time to get you setup.
