#3025 - 500 Sugar Server error - Php fatal error validation

Hi Chad,

Like last week Friday our customer has reported that he can't review any Account, Contact or Lead records detail view records (ie. where he has configured in the Zen dashboards. Last week we reinstalled the module, everything worked again

In the PHP log we get the following information:

[Fri Apr 07 10:27:17.211469 2017] [:error] [pid 15317] [client 2003:cd:ebc1:ea00:318e:2d7c:2af3:b198:43406] PHP Fatal error: Class 'FanticalZendeskOutfittersLicense' not found in .... /modules/FanaticalZ endesk/license/OutfittersLicense.php on line 66,

It looks like the license is being verified weekly (file is there), but for whatever reason an error is created which causes the 500 server error

Looking for a quick resolution

    Hi Malcolm, really sorry to ask you to do this again, but please download the latest package and install it with Module Loader (do not uninstall anything). https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders

    The fix for that error is there. After you install the new package, please go through the 3 setup steps again. This will resolve the issue you're seeing there.

      We have deployed the new package, hopefully this has resolved the licensing issue.

    Hi Chad,

    We will wait to see if the issue reappears Friday, as that is the day when the license is validated.

    Hi Malcolm, checking in again. It looks like the license pings are coming in properly from our side.

    Is everything resolved with this customer? Can I close out this case?
