Hi team, If I enable Zendesk 2FA authentication (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203824246), would Fanatically Zen add-on works? Thanks

    Hi Johannes, you should be able to enable 2FA without any issues.

    The authentication your users use and the authentication used between Sugar and Zendesk to talk to each other are different.

    I'm going to close this case out, but if for some reason you have any issues please let us know.
