#3801 - Custom Fields in Zendesk Plugin
Hello, one of our customers uses Fanatically Zen Professional. They would like to see more information in Zendesk, coming from SugarCRM. Can we also display data from Opportunity, linked to an Account, or should we have the fields to be displayed on Account level? How can we communicate the additional fields to you? Thank you, Thomas

Hi Thomas, I'm happy to help with this.
The easiest way to take care of this is to get on call and I can update the configuration so your customer can see the extra fields on the Zendesk side. Please use this link to pick a day/time that works for you: https://calendly.com/fanaticallabs/zendesk-support-meeting
Here are a few things we'll need for the call:
It depends how data is currently being displayed in Zendesk for whether or not we can grab data directly from the related Opportunities or if we need to have the data live on the Account record. We should be able to figure it all out on the call.
