#4544 - Problems installing for Sugar version 11.0.0
Hello support,
We, Crossref, began our free trial yesterday and I am attempting to install today. Unfortunately, I am running into some errors on the Sugar side of things. I was able to get the app installed in Zendesk (so a bit of good news).
This is what I am seeing when I try to upload FanaticalZendesk-2.8.7-for-SuiteCRM.zip to the Module Loader in Sugar. We're running Sugar version 11.0.0.

Hi Isaac,
Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you're attempting to install Fanatically Zen for SuiteCRM. Can you try installing Fanatically Zen for Sugar 11? This can be found by logging in to SugarOutfitters and navigating to your Purchases. The steps for this are below:
