#4690 - Fatal error in sugarcrm while syncing tickets from chat channel

We are getting lot of fatal errors in our SugarCRM logs. We are on Ultimate edition version 2.9.10a Messages look like this: Sep 30 13:52:30 sugarcrm sugarcrm.log Fri Sep 30 13:52:30 2022 [57363][928587c3-768d-2e37-afe6-521beff95a19][FATAL] FanaticalZendeskApi::app: a location is required Sep 30 14:01:50 sugarcrm sugarcrm.log Fri Sep 30 14:01:49 2022 [58765][1][FATAL] Fanatical_Zendesk_ImportTicket::import: there is no mapping, we do not know how to save the data. Sep 30 14:01:50 sugarcrm sugarcrm.log Fri Sep 30 14:01:49 2022 [58765][1][FATAL] FanaticalZendeskApi->ticketsync: Ticket import failed. Args: Array
The object printed is so huge that it is filling up our logs quite fast. It happens only for tickets coming through Zendesk's chat channel. Is there a way to suppress this message or sync it properly?
