Here are some examples of KPIs you might consider:

  1. Activity Target KPIs for individuals or teams (such as Calls, Meetings, Emails, Tasks), tracking the total number of records.
  2. Opportunity/Sales Target KPIs for closed won records, for individuals or teams, tracking against the total converted amount.
  3. Case/Issue Target KPIs for records with a status of closed, for individuals or teams, tracking the total number of records.

Create a KPI Configuration Record:

  • Name: Enter the Subject or Name of the KPI.
  • list text hereModule: Select the Module related to the KPI.
  • Track: Record Count: Counts items like the number of calls or meetings. Value: Sums up values, such as opportunity amounts.
  • Target Frequency: Choose from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually.
  • Date Field: Select any date field from the chosen module.
  • Filter: Select fields and apply an AND operator for multiple conditions.
  • Group by Link: Decide how to group the KPIs (e.g., by Users or Teams).
  • Group by Filter: Choose fields related to the selected group link (e.g., multiple or single users).
  • Description: Provide a description of the KPI configuration.
  • Save Record.

After Saving: • Navigate back to the KPI Config creation page and click Create Targets in the top right corner.

Set Up Targets: • Start Date: Specify the start date for triggering KPIs, allowing for past records and auto-updates based on selected conditions. • Number of Periods: Specify the duration (days, months, quarters, years) for the KPI periods. • Target Value: Set the total KPI amount per group.

Dependent on your Sugar cloud environment, you may need to wait for cron jobs to auto update data.

There are two types of Reports to create:

  1. Target Report - Vertical Bar Grouped Chart
  • Summation Report
