Installation and Administration Guide
Prerequisites:
The enable.services Packages package needs to be installed in your Sugar instance before installing the KPI Tracking package.
The latest version of both installer files can be found in Sugar Outfitters under your KPI Tracking purchase.
Installation:
The packages are installed using the Sugar Module Loader, which uses the latest package file provided by enable.services.
Once installed, a Sugar administrator user should ensure the license key is entered into the enable.services Packages area in the Administration area of Sugar, clicking into the KPI Tracking record, and entering the license key into the License Key field before pressing Save.
Upon successful activation, the KPI Tracking package will be flagged as Active:
You can now start using the KPI Tracking package, as detailed in the User Guide.
Administration:
The KPI package has minimal administration requirements.
However, the KPIs will only function when an Active license is in place, as detailed above.
Access and functionality of the KPI Config, KPI Groups and KPIs modules are controlled via Sugar Role Management.
Team assignment to records controls visibility of records as per standard Sugar functionality.
