When editing an address field within Sugar, an additional entry box, usually labelled Search Address, appears above the address fields.

Addresses can be looked up by entering any of the following address components:

Postcode

Entering a postcode will display options to select (note the Address Lookup is not case sensitive):

Entering the first part of a UK postcode will result in being show possible options which start with the entered text:

Town

Entering the name of a town will result in being presented with entries containing that town name:

Adding additional words will result in the returned options immediately updating to show addresses containing the entered search words in any order:

Street

Entering the name of a street will result in the matching returned addresses being displayed.

Building Name/Number

Entering the building name and number along with its street will narrow down the results provided:

Selecting an address

Once the relevant address has been identified, clicking on its entry in the options list will result in its details being added to the correct address fields in Sugar and the Search Address box will be cleared:
