I can't see one of my user in the list
Please ensure that your user is Active (User Status not Employee Status) and that he is not an Administrator. For security reasons, only Regular users are listed and eligible for Sudo Login.
I can't see the link on the homepage
Our module has been carefully tested against Sugar8 default's theme and we only use basic features of the core engine of SugarCRM 8+ The link should appear as long as : - module is marked as installed in Module Loader - a valid licence has been entered and validated on Licence's administration page (check the bottom of Admin pannel) - trigger a Repair > Quick Repair - Go back to home screen (Home/Dashboard module) and refresh (press F5)
