Configuration
In Adminstration there is a section added for Pulse Check. Enter Settings:
Select Outfitters and enter your provided license key:
Next, set up your max score and scoring intervals. In the example below. The max score that is considered is 9 and anything above that will still be green. If a record gets a score between 4 and 6, the record will be yellow etc:
And finally, the secret sauce.
- Select a related module for Accounts and press "Create Filter"
- Set up your filter just like you do in any list view and give the filter a name
- Give the filter a score that each record found with that filter will add upp to for the total score. Press "Save Filter"
- Saved filters will be listed under "Saved Filters"
In the example above we are counting Meetings that are Scheduled with a Start date within the next 30 days and we will be giving two points per such Meeting for each Account. This may give us an indication of how active your team is with a certain Customer.
Set up multiple filters to have all the records filtered out sum up to the total score which then determines which color that is assigned to the record, that is then displayed in the record and list view. Combine Calls, Meetings, Tasks and other related modules to see what the state of your Accounts are.
Finally, also save your License and Scoring configurations at the top with the "Save" button and you're good to go!:
