Pulse Check is a powerful yet simple tool that analyzes related records to calculate a custom health score for each Account. Using configurable filters, it scans your CRM data, assigns point values to specific records, and determines a total score that reflects the Account’s overall status. To make these insights clear and actionable, Pulse Check applies a color-coded system:

  • Green – The Account is in good standing and requires minimal intervention.
  • Yellow – The Account may need attention or follow-ups to maintain engagement.
  • Red – The Account is at risk and requires immediate action.
