#2168 - Health check calculates lists pending with exaggerated number of contacts - one list not syncing
A customer has setup 2 lists thus far for sync up. One syncs without an issue while the other does not.
In addition the Health Check screen shows 3 or even 4 lists that are Pending with anything fro 40 to 60 records to sync. Yet there are only 2 lists in total and 7 contacts.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out. Those numbers on the Health status screen are simply for reference and are not exact. They represent total number of changes that need to be synced to MailChimp, opposed to actual subscribers that have been changed. The important thing to check on that page is that those pending numbers go back to 0 after a certain amount of time. If not, then there is a problem with the sync.
Can you give me more information about the list that is not syncing? What is going on with it?

It's just stuck, have tried to schedule a re-sync, however, that option only ever appears at intervals of several hours.
The pending numbers have never been back to 0.
