#3776 - Error during installation on sugar8
We tried to install the plugin and we get this error message:
It seems the API has not been updated for Sugar8, please could you help us?

I think you use wrong CRM url. Could you save the profile after entering connection data? I'll review and let you know.

Hi hkirgis,
We discovered that SOAP layer is broken in your CRM setup. If you navigate to /soap.php it returns http error code 500.

Hi,
The error code 500 is due to the file SoapUpgradeUtils.php already doesnt' exist for SugarCRM versions 7+. Every new instance of SugarCRM 8 doesn't have this file. It seems the access point crm_url/soap.php is not valid for this version, it's only valid for versions 6.5 or SuiteCRM.
Could you please give us another solution?
