#4096 - Error with Sync Set up
Hi,
For some reason my emails have stopped syncing. I have gone through the profile set up and whilst I can connect to my exchange I can no longer achieve a successful test connection to the CRM. I receive the following error message: -
Agile SugarCRM to Exchange Synchronizer Connection Failed
Connection Failed SugarInfo::Connect. AddIn version: GM.B.Sugar.Soap.SugarWrapperImplSoap:5.1.1.0 Connecting to https://my-crm-instance/ as 'MY USER' Error initializing connection: The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden.
Please can advise?

Hi Jonnie,
If you open your CRM url in a browser you will see 403 Forbidden error.

Hi max,
Our crm is restricted to our IP addresses which is why you can’t see it.
The crm is fully functioning at our end.
Your sync plugin was working fine during the trial but for some reason it now will not connect using the ‘test connection’ function.
Do I need to allow the IP address of your sever maybe?
If so, please can you send this across?

You need to whitelist IP of cloud.grinmark.com on your end.
