#1135 - Advanced Search doesn't work

I've purchased and installed, and successfully have a field incrementing in the Cases module. However when I add the field to Advanced or Basic Search, and try to search an existing case number, it doesn't find any at all. I was able to add this field to the global search, but really need it also to be searchable in the module too.
