#1154 - Evaluation
Dear Sirs,
we are evaluating Gmail and Google Sync to synch incomming and outgoing gmail emails with Sugar (version 7.5.0.1) hosted at sugaropencloud.eu.
Questions: We recently rebranded our product and therefore have a new and an old email address. Can we have both for teh same user and automatically synched?
What happens when there is no sugar contat for an emial address? Is it created? If not: If we create it, will already synched emails be attached to that contact?

Thanks for showing interest into our Plugin. We hope it would be beneficial for you. Regarding your questions, please have a look below:
1- One user can use ONLY 1 Gmail Id to sync data.. 2- If there is no Email Address attached with a contact, it will still Sync your contact in both directions, it does not matter that Email Address exists or not.

So what does this mean? Is a new contact created for each new email address?

We meant to say that if you are syncing contacts from Sugar to Google then Contact will be synced from Sugar without any issue (if email address does not exists.) Now if you attach any email address with that contact then already synced emails be attached to that contact
