#1211 - Gsynch still wont work.....
Hi!
Despite starting a new trial, getting a new Validation key and spending, must have been an hour, with Jason on your chat facility, I cannot get Gsynch to work. One thing noted was that my archive emails in Sugar stop at 12/02/15 and no matter how many times I check mail, still no mail appears after this date. We had issues with synching on our last trial. Can someone please help as this is affecting our customer service levels. Thanks.

Firstly, Can you please let us know that your Contacts and Calendar sync is working or not? Is the issue is related to Email Archive only? Just confirm us about it so that We shall proceed with further investigations.
Please also make sure you schedulers on sugar instance are working properly if cron job is set.
