#1528 - Not syncing contacts either way
Hello,
We have been testing the plug-in for one of our customers, we have set it up and ensure that all the settings are correct. It is syncing across calendar entries find however Contacts are not being synced in either direction. I was tailing the log files as the scheduler run and have found the bellow error message:
<ins>That's an error.</ins></p> <p>Your client does not have permission to get URL <code>/m8/feeds/contacts/sugar.enableit/full</code> from this server. <ins>That's all we know.</ins></p></body></html>

Hi Thomas,
This error means that google api is not authorized to read or write contacts for email "sugar.enableit". May b you have not authenticated properly from user profile for that user, or may be the scope for contact is missing in your config_override.php, Can you kindly give us your front end access so that we can deeply look into the issue. you can email us your details at support@rolustech.com.

Hello Thomas,
Do you need any further help or should We close the case now? Just for your Info, We followed up last week via Email with you as your Instance Creds were not working for us but we did not get any response by you.
