#1829 - Installation issues
I installed the Gsync plugin today and ran into some issues. We started getting an error 500 when attempting to login to Sugar. I contacted sugar support and here are the notes from that call.
Thank you for contacting SugarCRM Support.
As we discussed over the phone, it seems that the RT Gsync integration was requiring a custom cache file that it was not subsequently creating, thus generating a 500 error. While we were on the phone I was able to reproduce this issue and upon doing so, I saw the following error:
PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'cache/Google_Cache.php' in ./custom/include/Google/google-api-php-client/src/Google_Client.php on line 57
I navigated to ./custom/include/Google/google-api-php-client/src/Google_Client.php and commented out line 57 which said:
require_once 'cache/Google_Cache.php';
After commenting this out and running a QRR, the instance was able to be loaded successfully.
The other issue that you mentioned, where saving the settings for the plugin in your profile loaded a white page, generated the following error in the PHP/Apache logs:
PHP Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in ./custom/include/Google/google-api-php-client/src/Google_Client.php on line 108
As you mentioned, I would recommend contacting Rolustech to see if they can resolve these issues in their integration so that the integration can be loaded and configured successfully without error.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions. If you consider the case to be complete at this time, please let me know via note or by clicking the link at the bottom of this email so that I can close the case promptly.

Hi Adrian,
Can We please get your sugar backup? We want to look into files to make sure what actually the problem is which is creating clash between your sugar instance and RT GSync functionality.
Looking forward
Regards Rolustech Support
