#1909 - setting up RT GSync

Hi there,

I just need a little assistance in setting up RT GSync in our Sugar Instance. We use Collabspot but want to replace it with GSync. I have one of my employees set up with a subscription to try it and apparently I need to do something in the supervisor mode so that she can start using it. I got a little lost on the instructions found here ( https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/gmail-sync/sugar7-installation-guide), And to be honest, I got stuck at item number 3!

Any help with getting this installed so we can use it would be much appreciated.

    • SugarCRM Instance URL:
    • UserName:

    • Password:

    • GMail ID:

    • Password:

    If you can't share your GMail Credentials then create one test GMail ID for us so that we can configure GSync properly on your Sugar Instance.
