#2319 - Not syncing emails

Hi,

I'm not sure what has happened with this. It used to work and now it doesn't. I guess it hasn't worked since March.

Please help.

    Hi,

    Please check the following:

    1. Go to the Schedulers and check that your Email Archiving scheduler is working fine.
    2. Go to the Email module and make sure your are receiving emails in your Inbox.
    3. Go to the RT Gsync module and make sure the Email Archiving option is checked.

    In case the above settings are fine, please share with us your Sugar credentials at support@rolustech.com so that we can look into the issue.

    Thank you for your response.

    There seems to be a javascript conflict. I can no longer drag users over to enable them.

    I can't select any users at all at this time.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    Please try uninstalling the package and re-install it. Do not forget to run Quick Repair and Rebuild right after installation.
