If the email subject contains a case macro tag, does it get linked to the Case as well as the contact?

    Hi,

    By default the email only links to the Emails subpanel under contacts. However we can link it with any other module as per your requirement, with a customization. Please drop an email at support@rolustech.com to get this customization done.
