calendar scheduling is not syncing either way

    Hi Daniel,

    Thank you for using RT Gsync.

    By default, the plugin should automatically sync all calendar items that you create in your Sugar to your Gmail calendar, and vise versa. If this is not the case then you need to go to the RT Gsync module and ensure that you have Activated Calendar syncing from there. Also make sure that your schedulers are working.

    Please go to your schedulers, select the RT Gsync Calendar scheduler and share a screenshot with us at support@rolustech.com so we can check if the scheduler is working or not.
