#386 - Can't get version for SugarCRM 7.0 to work

I just downloaded the new version posted today and I cannot get it installed. It says the module I'm installing doesn't conform to Sugar Cloud. I noticed the previous versions had 2 separate downloads, one for onsite and one for cloud. Am I downloading the incorrect package?
