Hi,
Looks like you are asking to change color in gmail calendar.... because Sugar already have color differentiation? Based on this assumption we can not implement color changing scheme in Gmail Calendar.

what i want to achieve is to clearly see which calendar items in google calendar are generated from sugar.

Hi,
In Sugar if you look at calendar you will see that Meetings, Calls and Tasks are differentiated in different colors. This is default functionality of SugarCRM.
Currently there is no such functionality implemented which can distinguish between the events created through google or SugarCRM in google calendar. We have noted down your suggestion and will try to implement this feature in future release.
