Thanks for the update, I have installed the patch found on my Sugaroutfitters account. I am still unable to sync calendars. Please advise, I am not getting any errors, very confident that I have installed properly.
Your patch is installed successfully. Now you need to authenticate your credentials under Profile settings, it will take you on Google Authentication screen. But to do this you need to give rights to your Files. We investigated that the permissions are not setup under your Instance which is stopping GSync to do Google Authentication. Please do check.
HI, still no success. Not sure what you mean by "give rights to your Files". I have entered my google credentials and accepted the Google request for Authorization.
I think the issue may be the scheduler as I have a schedule job named "Google Calendar Sync" that has a job "function::googleCalenderSync" this has not run since Nov 26, 2014 and is fact stuck on status = running.
Not sure how to proceed, please advise asap as I would really like to get this to work...
We have logged in into your Instance using the credentials provided by you and all schedulars related to GSync are made Active now. Now simply do following steps.
1- Go Under User Profile, Enter Gmail ID and Password and Just Click on 'Save' button on top (No need to click on Test Connection because your system customization move you to users screen by clicking test connection)
2- Now you will be redirected on Google Authenticate and ask you to provide Access by clicking on 'Accept' button.
3- Now you are all done.
4- Just go Under GSync prefernces and see all options to sync (Calendar/Contact/Archive) are checked.
5- Now sync data.
If all above steps are not working please do share with us your Gmail ID and Password, and also credentials for "Chris Beared" user. We shall set it up for you (Because with test User your account is working fine for us)
