#1244 - Not geo-coding and can't save if leads checked

I'm using sugar pro Version 7.5.1.0 (Build 1070).

I been able to install the module SalesMap v 7.2, but when im in user setting, if i check leads it stay in loading and nothing else. If i check only contacts and accounts it save OK.

Plus, i put on the scheduler and the job is running but no geo-coding is being made...

Any help please!

    Hi antoinestpierre

    Please let us update you that We have done some bug fixes and upgrades in Sugar 7 Version of sales map so you have to upload upgraded version to resolve existing issues.

    Upgraded package is available now on Sugar outfitters,

    Just go under "My Accounts" > Purchases > Sales Map > Choose "GoogleSalesMaps Sugar7.5 .zip"

    Important: Make sure you firstly uninstal or remove old Sales Map package from Module Loader in your sugar instance if it is already installed.

    Unfortunatly it doesnt work. With this new version, we cant choose wich module to display or have an user setting, and it still doesnt show anything on the map.

    Tho, it does seem to have geo-coded some on leads, contacts and accounts but not all.

    Hi antoinestpierre,

    For geo coded and non geo coded items, each day 1000 records get converted from non geo coded to geo coded so if you have a large number of records (Leads,Accounts, Contacts) it would take few days to convert all.

    Also, In Sugar 7, layout is updated, You need to create own filter on Map Screen for Leads/Accounts/Contacts. Below is the screenshot mentioned to create filter and it will load your Geo coded records. We have omitted the User Settings screen from New Version to make the Plugin more advanced and User Friendly.

    Hi, it seems to have geocoding my account and contact, but when i create filter it still show me an empty map... with all the modules.

    Also, do you plan the allow customs fields to be use in the filter, cause it doesnt seems we can use custom fields to filter the results.

    Hi,

    Please have a look on following URL to get Sales Map Sugar 7 User Guide to get better idea , how sales map actually works.

    For custom fields, all the custom fields comes in filter drop down when you choose Leads or Accounts or Contacts.
