Hello - Sugar is trying to upgrade my instance and is having trouble doing so due to RT Maps. Please see the below email and let me know how we can fix this issue so i can continue to use your add-on.

Hi Bryan,

I would probably recommend contacting Rolustech (the creators of the RT Maps integration) to see if they have a newer version available which is fully compatible with Sugar 7.9. The issue that needs to be addressed in the integration is relatively straightforward and they may have already fixed it in a new integration release. You may also pass along this article, which references the specific health check error that is being generated due to the integration: http://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Installation_Upgrade/Troubleshooting_Health_Check_Output/Health_Check_Error_Use_Of_App_View_InvokeParent/

      Thank you for your help. Supposedly Sugar can only delay integration for 7 days. Are you able to provide an update within this window? I know i'm still on a trial period with your product but i would like to integrate it permanently if you are able to support these updates.

      Hi Bryan,

      We will try to do the upgrade before that but in case it takes time we would suggest that you uninstall the plugin from your instance and get Sugar updated. And once we have the updated package you can install it again and restart the trial. Or we can request Sugar Outfitters to extend your trial till we have the upgrade.

      Hi - how is this updated version of your plugin coming along? Do you expect it to be complete soon so it it compatible with the latest sugar instance? My trial period ends soon, so i need to know what to do.

    Hello - Per below, RT Maps is trying to update their plug-in to work with the most recent version of Sugar. Can you please extend my 30 day trial until they have this integration complete? Thanks! Bryan

      You are welcome! That is correct. If your trial is still active on 10/10/2017 then at that time a charge will be made and a receipt sent to you.
