#4657 - Prospect sync-back to Sugar
Hi support,
can you please share, how to sync-back prospects when they initially created in Outreach and already have some activity logs, with records already existing in Sugar with also some of activities?
Normally we get the error: "Email hash already exists".
Even if we turned on option "Allow users to select the preferred Prospect by ID".
