#2524 - Chat Window not opening
Hi, I've tried loading this into multiple instances with successful key validation & configuration but chat window does not appear. I have refreshed browser multiple times, logged out & back in, etc still nothing.
Am I using an out-of-date zip file?

Laura.. I don't see your system connecting with the platform.. Please send the key so I can confirm that I'm looking at the correct account..

That still isn't working. I'm a SC for SugarCRM so trying to demo a chat solution along with Sugar. Could you please assist?
