#1498 - Mass assign Security Group of leads not operating
Hello, I have created security groups and am wanting to mass assign leads to these. When I go to the Leads list view and select the leads I want to mass assign, then try to mass assign a security group, it asks if I want to action but when I click yes it does not make them change.
If I edit the lead individually it does work?

So you select them, go to the Mass Assign, select a group, and then assign it. Then you go to one of the leads and you don't see that new group in the Security Groups subpanel that you just assigned it?
If so, did you by chance create a relationship in Studio between Leads and Security Groups? Another thing to try is reinstalling SecuritySuite just in case some files didn't copy over. You may want to run a file permissions fix prior to do that as that is the usual cause for an install not working as it should. Sorry I hadn't com back to comment. Yes this was fixed. I believe there was a reset of configurations and it resolved the issue. Thanks
