i used sugar 6 CE edition with Microsoft SQL Server Database, i have a problem on searching on Account Module by Assigned User, the search is very Slow & I cannot mass update (change Assigned User)

Mass Update shouldn't be affected. As for SQL Server, you may need to apply different indexes or do some profiling as the intended use is for MySQL. It is being used in some SQL Server instances so it should work just fine.
