I have download for 6.5.12 and tried to install the module but showing error invalid package.Please send me correct version and tell me what i need to do now.
Under your Purchases make sure to download the SecuritySuite file that matches your SugarCRM version. For example, if your SugarCRM version is on 6.5.16 then download 6.5.16_SecuritySuite_Full-Edition_v2.7.2.zip.
Then in SugarCRM go to Admin->Module Loader and upload that zip. Then click the Install button and follow through the installer.
thanks for your response. but i did it for the current version as my crm version is 6.5.12 and i choose for the same version still it says invalid package.thanks
That error can happen for a few reasons. Either the Upgrade Wizard is being used instead of Module Loader or your browser did something funky with the zip. When you download the file make sure that it saves as the zip file. Do not open it. When it is downloaded it should be the same zip file so that when you open it there is a manifest.php file in the root (first) directory.
